The room is a bit small but clean and it’s right in front of the beach. The staff are very nice and helpful :).

Hotel staff allowed us to checked in early without charging us extra.

We stayed in pool access room for 4 days but the pool was under construction for the entire of our stay.

My First Boracay Experience

The vibe, it feels like it was my second home.. Staffs are accomodating.

Comfort, the Ocean view room needs a renovation, comfort room should be renovated as it is too big for the size of the room... I wish that they clean the room once or twice a week as there are dust in the shelves. No cable connection..

Amazing pool and friendly staffs

The pool is the highlight of this property. It is really nice overlooking the ocean especially at sunset.

Not so much of a con but probably the location as it’s far from DMall. However, it still a good property if you prefer a less crowded part of Boracay.

Beach Perfect

We booked the beach access room and liked it very much that it's beachfront, as if you have the whole place by yourself. While on bed upon waking up, you can already see sea waves and coconut trees and sand. If you open your sliding door.. it's like enjoying the brach on the comforts of your bed. There are also garden seats in the front where you van have your breakfast or just lounge sipping coconut water freshly picked from their tree One room on the 2nd floor is big and there is so much walking space. AC is very cold also.

The beach front has about 2 banca parked on the sides . Although this doesn't bother me.. but not so much picture perfect. One room we booked on the 2nd floor is big and the aircon is very, however, beach access rooms are smaller. Only bring small luggages or back packs. They have no breakfast options, but you may just order a delivery from a nearby resto .. delivery is free and food is also great

Situated in a quite part Station 3 Boracay, it was good. Room was clean when I arrive. Good wifi connection. Pool was clean and quite. Staff were friendly.

No in-house catering. Will have to order from neighbouring restaurants for breakfast or meal.

We had a great stay despite some issues on the tv cable and ants crawling om the bedside. The staff are quick to respond

I love the location and the pool. Its a peaceful place to stay, the staff are very accomodating and they clean the pool daily.

Best birthday! I'll be back!

Firstly, the staff went above and beyond. They were incredibly kind and caring, very hospitable even when the storm rolled in and the generator had to be turned on, and were so sweet when I couldn't contact my e-trike driver. They accommodated my requests and were genuinely very kind on my birthday. They greeted me, made sure I was comfortable and happy, and even helped me find food when the storm was around and I couldn't leave my room. While the rooms are small, they're incredibly comfy and the staff works very hard to keep them clean and free of sand. The beds are so soft, the air conditioning is nice and comfortable, and the fridge works perfectly. I didn't need much as I was on a solo trip so I didn't have the need for a closet or anything. The view is gorgeous as the beach is right outside the door, just steps away. Beautiful! The pool is perfect and was always clean! Beautiful lights as well. Always a great way to end the day. Because it's in Station 3, it's quiet and far away from the noise. If you prefer a more serene area that doesn't get too much noise, this place is perfect. The only noise was when there was a couple with a child in the room beside me--otherwise, all I could hear was the occasional passers-by outside and the waves. Walking to the action in Station 2 was no problem as soon as you get used to all the sand, but if you don't want to take the trek, e-trikes are available and easy to secure when you ask the front desk for help. Breakfast is available as well by request and it's delicious! I took this trip for my birthday (and to mourn a break-up) and I had the most wonderful time. I'll be back for sure!

N/A! The power went out for a bit, but that's because of a literal storm so it's really not their fault. And even then, they did everything to get generator power working as soon as humanly possible. So kind and so accommodating.

Quiet place to stay at

The staff are all friendly. They attend to your needs immediately. I like that the hotel only has few rooms so it doesnt get crowded. Its a nice hotel if you want peace and quiet.

If youre looking for a quiet place, then this is perfect. It is located at the end of station 3. Nearby food and restaurants are a good 10 minute walk. If you want to take a tricycle to go somewhere, it’s far from the main road. So you have to ask the staff to book transpo in advance. The rooms at the hotel are close to each other. So you hear every sound people make.

Location was perfect, away from the crowds and had the best beachfront property. Rooms were tiny but adequate for a few nights stay. Staff were all very professional and very hospitable.

Unfortunately, there was some construction during our stay so we couldn't stay in our rooms while there was construction. Though truly appreciate that they extended vouchers and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. I understand that they were also just following ordinances and laws from DENR that's why the construction was also out of their hands.
